For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

2.1 Age Requirement

The 868jl platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to online gaming operations. By registering an account on 868jl, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 868jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to 868jl's satisfaction.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdictional Eligibility

868jl is operated for the Philippine market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 868jl platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet. 868jl makes no representations as to the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without notice.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 868jl account at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or any combination thereof — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your 868jl account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, valid email address, date of birth, and contact details. 868jl may require you to verify your identity through documentary evidence (government-issued ID, proof of address, or equivalent) before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 868jl account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

868jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 868jl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via the 24/7 live chat channel.

868jl staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication purporting to request your 868jl account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 868jl support immediately. 868jl reserves the right to implement additional security verification steps at any time, including but not limited to identity document checks, in the interest of protecting players and the platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

868jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 868jl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the 868jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a Player initiates a transaction in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied, and any conversion fees will be borne by the Player.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and standard anti-money laundering checks before processing. 868jl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the platform for each payment method. 868jl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required or where suspicious activity is being investigated.

4.4 Player Funds

Player funds deposited into 868jl accounts are held in designated accounts and are separated from 868jl's operational funds. Funds in your 868jl account do not accrue interest. 868jl does not act as a financial institution and your 868jl account balance does not constitute a bank deposit.

868jl offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods. These supplementary terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 868jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to register or operate an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or payment information at any point.
• Using the 868jl platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent house edge or game integrity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any component of the 868jl platform or its games.
• Using the 868jl platform while knowingly located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abuse directed at 868jl staff or other players.

All casino games available on the 868jl platform operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, ensuring that game outcomes are statistically random and independent. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained human dealers under controlled studio conditions. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in 868jl's server-side logs shall be the definitive record. Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game session, 868jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's account balance. 868jl does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all games at all times and shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

Sports betting odds are determined by 868jl's odds management team and are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet ID issued, the stated odds are locked. 868jl reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

All content on the 868jl platform — including but not limited to the 868jl brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 868jl or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 868jl platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player may reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 868jl content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from 868jl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 868jl shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the 868jl platform or any of its services — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

868jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 868jl account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

868jl does not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that access to the platform will be uninterrupted. Players access and use the 868jl platform entirely at their own risk.

868jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account policy.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 868jl's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

868jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 868jl will provide reasonable notice to Players via a notification on the platform or via the registered email address associated with the Player's account. Continued use of the 868jl platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms.

Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
